Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Although Fifth is a mobile app and does not use traditional browser cookies, we may use mobile identifiers and technologies similar to cookies, such as device identifiers, software development kits (SDKs), tracking pixels, and local storage, to collect usage and interaction data.

Firebase Analytics

Managing Consent

When you use Fifth, you may be asked to provide your consent for specific data processing activities, such as sharing anonymous usage data through analytics or enabling personalized features. You can give or withhold consent during onboarding or in the app settings where available.

5. Children’s Privacy

Fifth is intended for users 13 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover such data, we will delete it promptly.

To support this, we require all users to affirm that they are at least 13 years old during onboarding before accessing any part of the app, including when using the app without creating an account.

Compliance with Children’s Privacy Laws
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age in compliance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Similarly, we do not knowingly collect data from minors under the age of digital consent as defined by applicable laws in other jurisdictions (e.g., under 16 in parts of the European Union under GDPR-K). If we become aware that such information has been collected inadvertently, we will promptly delete it.
